Yes. A Single Session can focus entirely on an upcoming interview, including practicing answers and getting feedback on how you communicate your experience.

If you want support over several weeks or need to work through recurring interview challenges, Elevate may be a better fit.

We’ll send an intake form before your session so you can explain what you’d like support with and provide relevant context.

For interview preparation, share the job description and any details you have about the interview. For a resume, LinkedIn, or offer discussion, provide the relevant materials in advance so we can spend the session focused on your priority.

Elevate is our four-week interview preparation program. It’s designed for professionals who are already getting interviews and want to turn upcoming opportunities into stronger performances.

Through personalized one-on-one coaching, we help you identify where your answers lose impact, build clearer examples, and communicate the value of your experience with more confidence.

The focus is the interview stage, rather than rebuilding your entire job-search strategy.

Elevate may be a good fit if you’re getting interviews but struggling to progress, reaching final rounds without an offer, or finding it difficult to communicate your leadership and impact.

It can also help if you haven’t interviewed in years and want structured preparation for the opportunities you’re pursuing.

If your main challenge is getting interviews in the first place, we’ll discuss whether Single Session or Accelerator would better address the underlying issue.

We tailor the coaching to your interview challenges and target roles. Areas of focus can include:

• Explaining your background and why you’re the right fit
• Building concise stories that demonstrate leadership, judgment, and results
• Practicing behavioral and challenging interview questions

Elevate focuses on interview preparation and performance. We may discuss your broader positioning when it affects how you tell your story, but comprehensive resume, LinkedIn, networking, and job-search work is part of Accelerator.

If you only need feedback on one document or profile, a Single Session may be enough.

Accelerator is our signature 90-day one-on-one career coaching program for experienced professionals who want a strategic partner through their job search.

We help you clarify what comes next, strengthen how you position your experience, build a focused search strategy, prepare for interviews, and navigate offers.

The program combines weekly coaching, practical resources, personalized feedback, and accountability. We adapt the work to your priorities and the opportunities that develop during your search.

Your plan may include:

• LinkedIn optimization and recruiter visibility
• Networking, outreach, and application strategy

We build around your situation. An interview coming up next week can take priority over a topic planned for later.

No. Career clarity and role targeting can be part of Accelerator.

We’ll look at your experience, strengths, goals, and practical constraints to help define a direction before building the rest of your search strategy.

If you’re working through a single career decision and want a focused conversation first, a Single Session may also be appropriate.

We can use your remaining coaching time to support your next steps, such as evaluating and negotiating the offer, planning your transition, preparing for your first months in the role, or thinking through leadership and growth priorities.

We’ll agree on the most useful focus for your remaining sessions.

If you actively participate in Accelerator and implement the agreed strategy but don’t receive an offer aligned with your agreed goals by the end of 90 days, we’ll continue supporting you at no additional coaching cost until you do.

Participation includes attending scheduled sessions, completing agreed action items, and consistently putting the strategy into practice.

Full eligibility requirements and the details of extended support are outlined in your client agreement.

No. The Offer Guarantee is included with Accelerator only.

Single Session provides one focused coaching session, and Elevate provides four weeks of interview preparation. Neither includes Accelerator’s extended support.

The guarantee is tied to receiving an offer aligned with your agreed goals. The decision to accept or decline an opportunity remains yours.

The commitment is continued coaching support if you meet the eligibility requirements and haven’t received that offer. Review your client agreement for the full terms.

We work with experienced professionals, with a focus on Director+ careers in the US, Canada, and UK.

Our core programs are designed for professionals with an established career history. A strategy call helps us assess whether our expertise and services fit your needs.

We don’t specialize in visa sponsorship or immigration-specific job searches.

Our coaching prices are listed in USD:

• Single Session: $350 for one 60-minute coaching session.
• Elevate: $1,000 for the four-week interview preparation program.
• Accelerator: $3,000 paid in full, or three payments of $1,200 ($3,600 total).

Your strategy call is free. We ask that you book only if you’re prepared to invest in coaching should we be the right fit.

Accelerator can be paid in full for $3,000 USD or in three payments of $1,200 USD, totaling $3,600.

Financing options through Klarna are available for US-based clients, subject to eligibility and approval. We can discuss the available payment options before you enroll.
