Getting Started
I offer two main ways to work together, both built around 1:1 coaching with me and tailored to your specific goals rather than a generic framework.
The Next Wave Accelerator is a high-impact, multi-week coaching experience for professionals who want a clear roadmap and ongoing accountability. It's designed to help you get clear, tell your story with confidence, and make a strategic move without spinning, second-guessing, or starting over.
A Single Coaching Session is high-touch, focused support for a specific near-term goal. It's ideal when you want guidance from an experienced partner as you navigate interviews, negotiations, or a high-stakes next-step decision.
If you're not sure which one fits, that's exactly what the strategy call is for, and we'll map out the best next step together.
It depends on the level of support you're looking for.
A single session is often a great fit if you have a specific challenge you'd like help with, such as interview preparation, resume feedback, LinkedIn optimization, or career strategy.
The Accelerator is designed for professionals who want ongoing support across multiple aspects of their job search or career transition. It provides structure, accountability, personalized feedback, and the opportunity to continuously refine your approach based on real-world results over time.
During our consultation, we'll discuss your goals and determine which option makes the most sense for your situation.
Many services focus primarily on updating documents or providing general advice.
This work goes deeper.
Drawing on 12+ years in recruiting and thousands of hiring conversations, I help clients understand how hiring decisions are actually made, including how to position themselves strategically, communicate their value clearly, and reduce perceived risk in the eyes of employers.
The goal isn't just to improve one application cycle. It's to equip you with a repeatable approach you can use throughout your career.
The consultation is a conversation, not a high-pressure sales pitch.
We'll talk through where you're feeling stuck, what you've tried so far, where you'd like to go next, and whether a single session, the Accelerator, or another approach makes the most sense for your goals.
My goal is to provide clarity and help you determine the best next step for your situation.
Inside the Accelerator
The Next Wave Accelerator is a premium 12-week (90-day) coaching experience built to help you land interviews without mass applying, guessing, or starting over.
If you're qualified but not getting traction, it's usually not an effort problem. It's a positioning problem. The Accelerator helps you define your direction, package your value, and become the candidate hiring managers actually remember.
Most clients move through four phases over the 90 days:
- Weeks 1 to 2, Direction and Positioning: clarify your target roles and the strategy that guides your entire search
- Weeks 3 to 5, Professional Packaging: strengthen your resume, LinkedIn, and narrative so hiring teams see you at the right level
- Weeks 6 to 9, Outreach and Interviews: build your networking strategy and prepare to show up confident and credible
- Weeks 10 to 12, Offers and Strategy: sharpen interview performance and prepare for offer strategy and negotiation
Along the way you get weekly 1:1 calls via Zoom, unlimited messaging between sessions, a personalized job search roadmap, and access to all of the Next Wave templates, scripts, and frameworks.
The Accelerator is designed to help you move forward each week based on your specific goals and challenges.
Early on, we focus heavily on clarity and positioning, identifying the roles that align with your strengths and ensuring your experience is communicated in a way the market understands.
From there, we align your strategy across areas such as:
- Resume optimization
- LinkedIn positioning
- Networking and outreach
- Application strategy
- Interview preparation and communication
- Offer evaluation and negotiation
Between sessions, you'll apply what we've worked on in real time. We'll review what's gaining traction, what's not, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
The goal is to create a clear system and feedback loop so you're no longer navigating the job search alone.
Meaningful career transitions rarely happen through one or two conversations.
Whether you're changing industries, pursuing leadership opportunities, or trying to increase your compensation, success often comes through iteration, feedback, and support as opportunities unfold in real time.
Many clients begin seeing momentum much sooner than 90 days. The structure simply provides enough runway to build sustainable progress instead of relying on short-term motivation.
The 90-Day Guarantee
First of all, that's a great outcome.
The goal of the Accelerator has always been to help you create momentum and move toward the right opportunity as efficiently as possible.
If you secure a role before the 90 days are complete, we'll use the remaining time to support you through the transition. Depending on your situation, that may include:
- Offer evaluation and negotiation
- Preparing for your first 30–90 days in the new role
- Building a strategy for long-term career growth and advancement
- Strengthening your professional presence and confidence
- Creating a proactive career management plan for future opportunities
Many clients find that having support during this transition is just as valuable as the job search itself.
If you've actively participated in the program, attended your scheduled sessions, completed agreed-upon action items, and consistently implemented the strategies we've developed together, but you still haven't received an offer aligned with your agreed-upon goals by the end of the 90 days, we'll continue working together at no additional cost until you do.
The guarantee is intentionally tied to receiving an offer rather than accepting a specific role.
Ultimately, the decision to accept or decline an opportunity is yours. My role is to help you position yourself effectively, navigate the process strategically, and generate opportunities that align with your goals.
Full eligibility requirements and guarantee details are outlined in the client agreement.
Fit, Investment & Results
Over the course of my 12+ years in recruiting, I've partnered with hiring teams across a variety of functions and levels.
Today, I primarily work with experienced professionals navigating career transitions, stalled job searches, promotions, or strategic moves into new opportunities.
While every situation is unique, the underlying challenges are often similar:
- Clarifying your value
- Positioning your experience effectively
- Reducing perceived risk
- Helping employers understand the level at which you operate
- Communicating with greater confidence and clarity
If you're unsure whether this is the right fit for your situation, that's exactly what the consultation is for.
I've worked with clients across a range of industries, functions, and compensation levels.
While every market has its nuances, the core hiring challenges are often very similar, particularly around positioning, communicating value, and helping employers understand the level at which someone operates.
If you have questions about your specific situation, I'm happy to discuss them during our conversation.
The investment depends on the level of support you need, and it typically ranges from $350 to $3,000.
A single coaching session is $350 and is a great way to get focused, expert help on a specific challenge. The full Accelerator is a larger investment that reflects the depth, structure, and ongoing 1:1 support it provides across 90 days.
Flexible payment options are available for the Accelerator, and most clients find the return, in the form of sharper positioning, stronger interviews, and better offers, more than pays for itself.
On our strategy call, we'll talk through your goals and determine the right level of support, and the right investment, for your situation.
It's absolutely a meaningful investment, and I encourage people to take that decision seriously.
At the same time, many professionals come to me after spending months trying to solve these challenges on their own.
The question often becomes less about the cost of support and more about the cost of staying stuck:
- Missed opportunities
- Delayed compensation growth
- Increased stress and burnout
- Lack of confidence in the job search process
- Continuing to repeat strategies that aren't producing results
Ultimately, the right investment is the one that helps you move toward the career and life you want with greater clarity and confidence.
Every job search is different, and outcomes depend on a variety of factors.
What I can promise is a structured process, personalized support, honest feedback, and strategies grounded in 12+ years of recruiting experience.
Clients often report greater clarity, increased interview traction, stronger confidence in how they communicate their value, and a more intentional approach to managing their careers.
